The books
What form do the books come in?
PDF, sold one at a time or as a 3-book collection. There is nothing to ship.
Hotmart emails your link. Your books stay available at consumer.hotmart.com; sign in with the email from your purchase.
The licence is for personal use: read and print for yourself only. No sharing, reselling, uploading or copying for others.
How payment works
Who takes the payment, and which methods work?
Hotmart, a payment platform, processes it and is the seller of record at checkout. Use a card, PayPal or Apple Pay.
Your price is the price on the checkout page. Hotmart's own terms and privacy policy apply at checkout.
Membership, in numbers
How long is the free period, and how do I cancel?
Weekly letters by email, with a putting number to check, and more. You can reply with questions.
7 days free first. Then a monthly charge, until you cancel at consumer.hotmart.com.
A cancellation does not refund months already paid.
Health first
Should I check with a doctor before practising?
Yes, before any new exercise. Putting is gentle, but golf is still physical activity. Stop if anything hurts.

Results, honestly
Will my putting numbers improve by a set amount?
I cannot promise a set amount. Results vary from person to person, with no promise of strokes or scores.
The images
Are the images of Elsa photographs?
They are not. The images of me here are illustrations.
Who owns the material
Who owns the books, letters and pictures?
Elsa Norberg Golf owns all of them, the text included. Use them for yourself only.
Liability
What is the most you could be responsible for?
To the extent the law allows, I am not responsible for indirect losses. In total, my responsibility is no more than what you paid.
Your consumer rights under the law stay fully in place.
Revisions
Could these terms be changed later?
They could. Any change appears on this page, with a new “Last updated” date.
